A happy epiphany to all!

This week, the MS-GS and CE1-CE2 students prepared some “galettes des rois”, or King’s cakes, with their teachers Aline and Léa, and the delicious “galettes” of the French Bakery School in Yangon were much appreciated by the LFIR teams and all the other classes.

The kneading of the puff pastry wasn’t easy for everyone, but the taste of the “galette” was worth it in the end!
